YOU MUST COMPLETE OUR INITIAL REGISTRATION FORM AND BE VERIFIED BY YOUR SOCIAL WORKER BEFORE REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

ANY FINANCIAL REQUESTS SUBMITTED WITHOUT COMPLETING THE INITIAL FORM WILL NOT BE REVIEWED OR CONSIDERED.

Once you have completed our IGF registration form, you may apply for financial help. We only pay bills directly to the company. Some examples of items we help with are (not limited to these, we will review each request and case):

  • Utilities
  • Rent/Mortgage
  • Car payments
  • Car insurance
  • Phone bills (up to $150 a month per family)
  • Gas giftcards
  • Inpatient Meals
  • Grocery/food giftcards
  • Car Repairs
  • Home Repairs
  • Lodging for treatment

Each request will be reviewed carefully and must be a sustainable solution. Our goal to help your family through this journey for the long term, not just short term.
